Zhitro is a potent practice for guiding our loved ones during the post-death state, to help them have peace and promote their spiritual advancement.
This practice is given through transmission by the Lama, however, if you haven’t had the transmission, you may still attend these sessions and listen to the mantras and participate with your intention. You can practice for any departed loved one, no matter when they have passed on.
